4. Customer-Controlled Infrastructure
Where customers deploy AI models on hardware owned or controlled by them, customer data remains under the customer's control, subject to the architecture and configuration of the deployment.
Corsantic does not intentionally access customer data stored on customer-managed infrastructure except:
- To provide requested support
- With customer authorization
- As required by law
5. AI Outputs
Artificial intelligence may generate:
- Text
- Reports
- Recommendations
- Code
- Summaries
- Technical analyses
- Classifications
- Predictions
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or unintended results.
Customers are responsible for independently reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, engineering, or other important decisions.
6. Human Review
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI-generated outputs are not reviewed by Corsantic personnel before being delivered to customers.
Customers should implement appropriate human oversight for any important decisions based on AI outputs.
7. Model Training
Corsantic does not use customer-uploaded files, prompts, or business data to train publicly available AI models without the customer's permission.
Where anonymized usage data is used to improve the performance, reliability, or security of our Services, reasonable measures are taken to remove or minimize personally identifiable information where practicable.
8. Confidential Information
We recognize that customers may upload confidential business information.
Corsantic implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information during processing.
Access to customer information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require access to perform their responsibilities.

- Configuring customer-managed infrastructure appropriately where applicable.
